Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita).
Bring fresh, cold water to the boil.
Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot.
Allow to steep for 5 to 10 min for desired strength.
Serve without milk, hot or chilled, with honey or lemon to taste.
